At Van Gogh’s Specials, each item is made to order specifically for you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Custom-Made Products

Because our apparel is custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection (Please review the size chart before ordering)
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer preference
  • Orders that have already been printed
